CANCELLATION

Order may be cancelled due to following reasons:

• Order will be cancelled only before it’s shipped.
• Order created by mistake.
• Need to change Shipping Address.
• Need to change Payment Method

REFUND

Ordered payment will be refunded in following cases.

• Order will be cancelled only before it’s shipped.
• Dispatched different ready product than the product ordered.
• If any genuine quality issues.
• Loss of product in transit.

Refunds will be made through the same payment method within 15 working days.

NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN IN THE FOLLOWING CASES

• Incorrect or outdated delivery address.
• Incorrect address format including any form of a PO Box address.
• After 3 failed delivery attempts by our courier agencies.
• Package refused by the recipient.
• Products returned in a used or damaged condition.
• Minor color and design variation(s). All products are handcrafted, so there may be some variation from the photographs on our website.
• If the Product is not faulty or damaged.

• Price of product on website is final price payment.
