DELIVERY AND SHIPMENT

• The Sampurna has appointed reputed courier services for delivery of product like Delhivery & BlueDart. We ensure that we take all the steps to deliver online purchased product at your mentioned address within 7 days from the date of purchase. However, we shall not be liable for any delay caused by the delivery service providers.
• Before accepting delivery of the product/s, please ensure that the packaging has not been damaged or tampered with. If you believe that the merchandise is not in good condition, or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged, please refuses to take delivery of the package; otherwise, it will be presumed that you have accepted the delivery.
• We ensure that your selected product will be sealed after checking the intactness of the outer packaging of the shipment. Also, we cover the all-risk of transit by insurance of the same. We will deliver the product through the reputed shipments like Sequel. We advise not to accept products that are tampered with.

TERM AND CONDITIONS

• The date of delivery usually depends on the type of product & location of delivery chosen by you. Most of the products are usually readily available, and it normally takes 7 to 10 working days for delivering such product pieces to you safely. In case of critical or exceptional circumstances, our team will notify you accordingly.
